Gift urslf a new YOU..!!!

Its been really long since i last updated my blog.. well i wud say initially i was lil lazy to wryt down n den was down wid ill health...

But now i wanna update regularly n so m here to share my experiences dat i gotta learn wen i was going thru dis roller coaster ryd of ill health.. i wud lyk to tell everyone how important it is not to ignore our body n wid lil care v can work wonders..

Medically :-

1) start wid not ignoring ur body... take notice of every small changes dat happn biologically.. plzz don ignore da recurring pain.. consult ur doc. n talk it out...

2) please get ur blood test done evry 4 mnths so dat u are aware of da CBC (Complete Blood Count)n specially ur Haemoglobin..

Physically :-

1) wake up to a healthy new lyf n gift urself a complete new YOU..
start doing pranayam people..it jus takes 20mins of ur tym..it works as a miracle n its a sole key to a number of health issues...

2) Physical work out is must jus for 30 mins in a day.. n wen i say work out, it can b in any form be it yoga, gym, aerobics,swimming, walking, jogging, dancing,play ur fav.outdoor game, nythng... juss wake up n start moving...!!! Do something.

Mentally :-

1) Feel strong in ur mind..!! cuz unless u feel strong mentally u not gonna feel strong physically..jus start thnkng good n positive and da rest wil b taken care of...

2) Stress n tension da two deadly ghosts who can make a perfect physically fit person its prey if a person gets trapped by letting little loose..so jus take it easy..take each day as it comes..

3) spare a lil tym dng ur fav.hobby..it can b painting, listening to music, reading novels, dancing, gardening, nythng cuz dat wil help you reduce da stress n feel good abt urslf..

Jus a few thngss i wanted to share.. it jus myt help anyone as it helped me..

In da end i wud jus wanna thank my fren who has forced me to thnk positive in lyf NO MATTER WAT..!!

WATER

The magic of water that u would lyk to share....
All of us know dat how important it is to consume water to keep a healthy body n fresh skin but v don really know how n when to take it and in wat quantity..
A human body consits of 70% of water so it is high time v wake up to a better life by jus keeping in mind a few simple things...
In the morning, when one wakes up one should consume approx. 400ml of luke warm water even before brushing the teeth and shouldnt eat/drink half an hour after having it...One should repeat this atleast 4 times a day...
One shouldnt have water for half an hour after having meals...because if u have water all the oil that u have consumed in meals get solidified n thus it turns into fat..
One should never gulp down water at a time n while standing.. The best way to have water is to sit and have it sip by sip...
A lot of problems like headache, high blood pressure, obesity, asthama can be cured if one practises the above mentioned pattern of drinking water...

I am practising it since a month n i feel i hv started loosing a little weight n my headache problem is totally gone....all i will say in the end is TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT :)

BEAT THE HEAT

Its summer time n we all know how scorching n terriffic the heat is all across India...So a few simple steps that wil help u beat the heat and keep ur skin healthy and tan free n ur body hydrated...

1. Have raw mango juice ( aam panna), 20 mins before going in the sun n you ll be already to face the hot blows...
2. While you are out in sun, doing shopping, movies, or jus simply on a day of work; have water-melon fresh juice or fresh lime soda rather than opting for colas.. It ll help you cut those extra calories n will keep u hydrated for a long time...
3. Wash ur face with very thin & cold buttermilk once you are back home from sun...splash your face with it...it wont allow the skin to be tanned & will moisturize your face naturally...
4. In a blender, crush half tomato & add it to grated cucumber and add half lime juice to it... refrigerate this mixture for 30mins n apply in a circular motion for 10-15 mins, this will help u regain your lost sheen of the face...
5. Do not sit in an air-conditioned room immediately after being exposed to direct sunlight, it might give u headache... jus sit at a normal temperature for 10-15mins and then switch on the A/C....

I have jus tried to share with you all wat i hv experienced personally..hope it wil help you guys too..jus follow it regularly n you will stop complaining about the SUMMER OF 2009 :)
